Angie Long is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and works with people of all ages seeking balance, growth and healing in their lives.  She helps people share their stories, process and understand them and create change in their lives.  Angie has knowledge, skills and interest in many areas of mental health and counseling.   She likes to work with a variety of people experiencing different problems, stressors and life changes.

Angie holds licenses in California and Washington and has worked in children’s agencies, schools, courts, jails and private practice.  Angie has developed group curriculums for children, parents and inmates and has facilitated groups for substance abuse, child mood and behavior problems and parenting.  Angie was initially licensed in the state of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2002.  She received her Washington license in 2011.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993 and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1997.
